Disputing Ban

I am here today to dispute this ban evading ban that I have been faced with. I know I am new and my word doesn't mean a lot but I can assure you that I am not ban evading anything. I am currently in University and access Sythe on the computers at school as well as my student house ( Which is a 7 student house that changes generally year to year, whilst keeping the same internet plan held by the landlord ) If you have more questions please let me know but I literally just wanted to use sythe to buy some runescape accounts.

I am here today to request an unban as I am not the user that I am apparently being accused to be. I know I am new to this website and am not very reputable but during my short time here I have been able to complete some smooth and easy transactions with some very respectable people on the website. I am currently a university student living in a student house and accessing sythe through the school network as well as my rental house which contains 6 other people on the same internet ( The landlord operates the wifi network and the tenants usually change yearly and I am assuming the internet remains the same every year )

If someone could please respond I would really like to get this figured out. thank you
