Question about CS3, help please, im new to GFX

as stated in the title, i am new to GFX. i have just downloaded the CS3 photoshop off of SMI's sticky. its done downloading but the file i get is just an empty folder... what did i do wrong?

 

Nothing, try a LimeWire download, that might work.
