    No offence to you Nathan, but by posting this you make yourself sound like you are higher than the rest.

    Things do need to be changed, but this is not the way to go about it. There have been long term problems, and some short ones, but posting things like this that do flat out flame some people is purely your opinion, and could be far away from the fact.

    Indeed the staff does need some work, but they hardly need your assistance, if you could even call it that.

    At no point, am i trying to sound "higher than the rest of the staff", i'm only doing this so they realise. Did you know after about an hour after this thread was posted the scammer reports & dispute were taken care of? People were unbanned, or at least explained why they were banned.

    So to "be higher than everyone" was not my intention of this thread, but to get something done in them sections, i think i have achieve that by this thread (or at least raise awarness). I'm not bitching about the whole staff, in a whole they do a great job, and i have commented accordingly

    Oh, how sorely mistaken you are.

    It is sad when a pour soul fails to realize that Dorito is not only a middleman, but he is also the biggest (literally) problem this forum has ever seen. If you haven't noticed it yourself, it is impossible to show you the way.

    Fucking tell me about it - I've been offering my services for so long now- I am able to do shit night and day, especially the reports. The way I see it, the staff got some more globals and they were hoping maybe the new globals would do the reports. They did for maybe a couple of days and now it's back to the same ole. Granted, a FEW globals try to do them but most just don't have the time. On that note I'd like to say that I myself am not looking for a staff position, but I want to try and do anything to help out the site. If you seriously think about it, when a GUILTY scammer is reported it may be up to 4 days before he/she is banned- giving them ample time to commit another scam. If it were me they'd be taken care of immediately.
    Otherwise, I really agree with what was said about Matthew, so many people including myself have wanted to donate/donate more to the community and can't because the person taking donations is never 'available'.

    Something needs to get done, I'm constantly asked if I can get scammers banned and if the evidence is good enough I try to contact a global to take care of the matter(s).

    Meh.

    I know asking for more mods is a non-suggestible topic, but, perhaps a new class of mods is in order- mods that would deal ONLY in scam/spam reports..
    Globals and other mods can spend more time moderating and less time policing.

    I'm not bashing on the staff, because I know just how hard it is to be a global mod on a huge website. Been there done that. I just feel they should implement staff that are on most of the day.

    Well honestly most normal people do not know how much time I spend talking to staff about new ideas and such, as for report a spammer recently I feel like I am the only one doing but right now I using cell phone Internet so it extremely laggy so I have to wait to I can do it. However Clash and others are a lot more active then you normal people might see. <3 everyone.
