tell me what 99 would be quickest/ least risk/ cheapest to bot, and tell me quote hm u would ask to bot that skill?

people can do this but there is a big chance of getting banned.

 

If you can supply 65k jugs of water and 65k grapes I can get you 99 cooking within 30 hours or so, this can be done over 3 days, would want 10m + the supplies.
