So I've been a regular customer to TreeGP, however today I go to purchase 75m and they have no gold. I wasn't notified of this until after my purchase. I then ask for a refund, and am told it would take up to 24 hours to get in contact with the site owner, and another 7-10 days for g2a to issue the refund.

All the live agent could say is to check back in a few hours and they "should" have gold. If I wanted my gold a few hours from now, I would of went to you site a few hours from now. I wanted my gold when I placed my order. The website says right on it "Instant Delivery".

Honestly, they were my go to shop, but after dealing with that live chat agent, I highly doubt I'll ever be returning there.


Edit: they asked me to return in 2 hours and they should of had stock. I returned, they did not have stock, now I'm being told it will be a few hours until the "boss" is on.

Edit2:Nearly 3 and half hours after initial purchase I received my gold. Deal with caution if you're looking for a quick sale. PM them and make sure they hold your amount of gold before you purchase from them.

 

reason is because we're unable to buy gold with bitcoin or paypal right now, so its very hard for us to stay stocked, it's not something that is happening because we are being lazy, or trying to ignore our customers, it's literally paypal and bitcoin sites like coinbase that both are giving us problems at the same time. I've been making it up by throwing in a few extra mills though

 

Truthfully, if you had included "a few extra mills" I would of felt taken care of, but your representative, didn't inform me that was how you were planning on addressing it. I was upset that I didn't receive my gold in a timely manner THIS time, I have ordered multiple times from you and your site, and never had an issue, this time though, I was a displeased customer. However I shouldn't let this one transaction taint the rest I've had with your group.
