FreshDingle - Scam Report Offsite

Saw a scam report from yesterday but he was not banned or anything.

User has been banned off of OSBot due to scamming + admitting to it (to a Moderator) in PM.

He goes by the name "Container" on OSBot, but is "FreshDingle" here, same pic, skype and everything.
