unban my friends account plz! no last chance!

well it was banned for real world item trading, but they cant prove that he ever did, and when you click view proof it just says they have proof but it wont show you lol. can anyone unban it still?

 

I highly doubt the ability to unban this account, but i may try if you wish.... all i ask is a small fee 500k-1.5m if the account is unbanned....
