    Is there any software for this that actually works? I've tried a couple but when I send a mass message, the message will stay pending forever.

    Clownfish, and the reason they stay pending is probably just because of Skype's spam filter or something. I've actually gotten banned using Clownfish once by skype automatic spam detection, but was able to resolve it by contacting their online support (chat based).
