Had this on the back burner for awhile now. Guess I'm gonna start.

I love the show but man I'm bummed that all the ninja are little sissy girls compared to the OG ninja at their age.

I understand there's not a constant threat of war but still.

 

I guess. I haven't read the Manga, But i'm assuming their skills get showcased later when they first get assigned their teams.

 

It's been interesting to watch, but the characters are sissified. No testosterone flows through some of these supposed male characters.

Ughhh its episode 9 and the only time ive been excited so far watching this show was the beginning of episode 1. They need to pick up the pace

 

Pretty good episode. I was really hyped for the fighting. A lot of good setup for future episodes though, i like the slow pace.

Hanabi should marry me.

 

Gaaaaay. Is boruto worth the watch? The name turns me off so I need some convincing.

 

It's ok.

Nowhere near as good as Naruto was, as expected though.

None of the characters introduced are fleshed out yet, and it's hard to connect with any of them.

Great episode.

I think at this point I know 100% who the masked villain is that is creating all of these problems for the gang.

Sumire (Class Rep). She was at the water plant, easy to put her full power into the attack. We don't know her powers yet but she somehow is class rep? she's obviously strong. She plays the weak and shy character similar to Tobi (Possible Connection?). She claims that water = life to Boruto. In order to use wood style you need Earth + Water. She has a good understanding of the underground water system (Which helps with her escape). Mitsuki constantly gives her looks like he knows that she's up to something, this is scene throughout almost every episode with her and him interacting. Shikadai said that it most likely is someone close to them, this would make sense since she is constantly with the groups. ALSO when I went through the wiki and read every characters profiles looking for who their parents were, surprisingly, Sumire is an ORPHAN. ??? Doesn't the program that Sai was from only take Orphans? So this connects to the rest of the story with Naruto talking with Sai and them constantly mentioning how someone from that organization may have something to do with it. She is also in the hospital, the only one left behind while the other two go home with their parents. I think she also makes a comment saying "Your parents are here right?" and then a few minutes we see her stare off out the window with a sad/concerned look. I think without a doubt Sumire is the masked villain. But I have no idea on who may be controlling her or the overarching enemies

There are still some characters I want to see.

The main two being Might Guy and Rock Lee. I want to know if Rock Lee is stronger than Might Guy at this point, and I wonder if Might Guy is still wicked strong as ever despite being a granny.

Als where tf is Kakashi

Shino was one of my favorite characters alongside shikamaru and neji.

I think they make him look like a dolt too much, he was always a quiet and conserved badass. But it seems like they keep making him apologize to kids over his constant screw ups. I just don't believe he actually turned out to be a semi-loser with a seemingly weak personality. Shouldn't he be out leading the Aburame clan creating bug swarms as the lord of the flies.

Also Konohamaru is sick and arcs with him leading the boruto team is going to be amazing.

I haven't read any of the manga, because I heard the manga was shit and that the anime is taking a different approach to the story.

Also Sarada, Shikadai, and Mitsuki new fave characters probably for the entire series.

Sarada cute as hell, Who's going to train her? Kakashi maybe? Shikadai is already proving to be an even cooler/improved version of his dad, it's like it's his life mission to protect Boruto, if he ever fucking dies trying to save boruto i'm gonna be sadder than Jiraiyas death. Mitsuki is just cool as fuck.

 

11 episodes and so far this show has been boring smh. Obviously its gonna get better but dang, 11 episodes and we havent seen any blood or intense battles or anything like that :\. By episode 11 of naruto and naruto shippuden we witnessed life or death battles and really intense stuff and suspenseful situations, but boruto has just been boring and unexciting so far

Idk this show just seems so childish, the action we've witnessed so far in the first 11 episodes doesn't even come close to comparing to the action we witnessed through 11 episodes in naruto and naruto shippuden.

Honestly the only badass moment that i've witnessed so far was like the first two minutes of episode 1, thats it

 

Fuck man this is exactly what i told my friends like its to soft boruto is anoying asfuck and no one believes him we need some action blood people dying people crying madara coming back type of shit LOL
