Can we ask for evidence from RSOrder to prove that you bought the account from them so that they can recover it themselves if anything happens to it?

 

I've tried previously and they said they do not keep info after sale, and I bought it from them over a year and a half ago :/

 

In that situation, do you have the email explicitly saying that. Also when you bought the account, did they send the email within their live chat or did they send it with an email?

 

No dude all the communication was done via livechat. I unfortunately have no solid proof of purchase. I am the original owner besides the fact of the account being created by rsorder
