Stupid. jkjk,

Here's how it worked:

They got the rich guy down to about 10Hp.
Then the dds specs or magic shortbow specs, but just before the damage hit, they kicked everybody out of the house.
When they left the house, then the damage hit them, causing them to die, and drop all their items.
