Hi All Lalapo14 here.

I used to be a decent size seller in the RS market but was too busy with school and other commitments to fully invest my time in the virtual goods market. Recently I've decided I want to reenter the market and mentor a member of the Sythe community in the ways of running a gold site. My plan is for you to learn the ropes of running a gold site while earning a good income while requiring me to assume a largely supervisor role (I will only check inventory and perform random audits once you understand the process). I will be fronting all the capital and already have a site up and running. Payment will be on a commission basis: This number is negotiable based on the impact that you have on the success of the business. Minimum amount would be 50% of net profit.

Please note that if you do accept a job with me - you will agree to a non-compete clause for 1 full calendar year. This means you will NOT be able to start your own site without express permission from me and you will not be allowed to post threads on Sythe. This is to prevent users from gaining capital while working for me and jumping ship immediately. This is to protect my investment in YOU since I will literally provide you with anything you need to be successful in this market. There is a buyout clause and we can discuss that should you choose to work with me.
