crash course that proves nothing. people change.. do they not? this could be many things but i could thing of two main reasons this would happen. one, like i said people change they could have coincidently changed. two they smoke marajuana to be "cool" these are not the true pot heads. these kinds of people do it to tell about it since they have a new sense of "coolness" they act different. marijuana DOES NOT affect personality.

Most of the time people don't drink appropriatly, most don't drink for the taste of the alcohol, but instead to get drunk... Which is why all are wrong in my eyes.

People we must still remember, that marijuana is not only a depressant. If the drug is taken in larger doses, it actually becomes a hallucinogen. If this were made legal, society would crumble as people would be hallucinating all sorts of fictitious things, resuting in many more fights, brawls, and overall criminal activity.

Thus marijuana should remained banned. Alcohol on the other hand.. its quite debatable and IS being debated by some countries.

Dude, I don't know where you're getting your weed from, but I want some.
I've smoked a quarter of the finest hydro chron (some Afghani kush) I can find in Phoenix to myself, and myself alone, in one sitting. I didn't hallucinate. Nor have I ever from marijuana. I have to take shrooms for that.... If anyone ever tells you they've hallucinated from some buddha, they're lying. Any normal human being would pass the fuck out before they reach that point... And that point is very, very, very, very, very, very high up there. I've smoked Pineapple Kush, Sonoma Coma, Afghani Kush, Skunk, AK 47, White Widow, Alaskan Thunderfuck, and White Rhino and NEVER have I hallucinated.. I fucking wish.

All I'm saying is that you hear of more people dieing from alcohol, cigarettes, crack, meth, anything else then marijuana.

Honestly, I've smoked a lot. and not once did it ever act as anything more then a stimulant..

    /agree

People think it's so bad, but if it was legalized, enforcement officials could crack down on crack, or meth. The actual drugs ruining this country.

There is NO WAY that you would EVER EVER hallucinate from marijuana. I think you would die first.

    You aren't smart.

Marijuana I've heard messes with your head a lot. And if Alcohol was all illegal, people would still lick those blackhead removing things. Alcohol is used for cleaning and so much more.

I agree with that. Legalisation of all drugs would allow the Government to control them, stopping the wave of crime that is associated with hard drugs.

At the moment, you ask for help when on drugs, all you'll get is the door slammed in your face

    Marijuana Vs. Alcohol

marijuana is a drug, reguardless of what you may think. Marijuana is too unpredictable to make legal. Marijuana has around 4000 carcinigens. Thats much more than cigarettes. And when a smoker inhales a cigarette, he/she usualy holds it in for around 1 second, whereas marijuana smokers hold the smoke in thier lungs for as long as possible. About 87,000 people go to the emergency room each year for marijuana related problems. Thats more than heroin!, marijuana is proven to cause problems with the resperatory system as well as the reproductive system. THC, the main ingredient in marijuana is stored in fat cells. And the largest concentration of fat cells in the human body is around the brain. Since fat cells are the slowest moving in the body, the THC takes around a month to get completely out of your system, hence no withdrawal systems. Marijuana is indeed physically and mentally addictive. It is also proven that marijuana users are just as likely to be involved in an accedent as someone who is under the influence of alcohol.

Indeed alcohol is dangerous, but studies have shown that in moderation, no negative side effect pose a threat. And that is why alcohol is legal because it is not intentionaly sold for the user to ingest large amounts, in moderation alcohol can actualy have positive side effects. Haven't you ever heard that a glass of wine a day is good for you?

All of the imbeciles making fools of themselves on this thread, saying 'HA I'M SMARTER BECAUSE I MAKE MORE RETARDED COMMENTS THAT DON'T PROVE A POINT', I'm pretty sure you aren't wanted here.

On topic: Alcohol is more deadly in large uses, Marijuana is more deadly in long-term abuse and usage.

Weed is worse then cigarette's you might not think it is because less people die from it, but you rarely smoke weed like 4 times a week tops and cigs people smoke like 5 - a whole pack a day.

Also cigarette smocking kills people the comericals are all fake!

How many people do you know that died from cigarette smocking? huh NON!

    To start: smoking, not smocking.

Secondly, over 350,000 people in the U.S. on a yearly basis are confirmed to have lung cancer caused by smoking cigarettes. A very high percentage of those people die from it.

My aunt passed away from it when I was seven years old.

Your an asshole for saying that "no people die from it", or, to exactly quote you, "NON!"

To be honest, I'm glad your one of the idiots that thinks that smoking cigarettes in a small portion daily isn't bad for you. Hopefully karma will grab your ass.

well said, my grandfather and grandmother both smoked since the age of their early 20's, my grandfather passed away from lung cancer, my grandmother was diagnosed with liver cancer and throat cancer, luckily she is still alive today but struggling day to day, all thanks to cigarettes. So if you think they are harmless you are extremely ignorant and base your theories on bullshit.
