  I am sorry. I blatantly lied about not selling the program in order to not have to pay GOAT his split for the program.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
  Prior to the incident I had obtained 20+ Vouches where people have gone first up to even 100M 07 (the guy who bought the script) and I came through without doubt. In this instance, my best judgment was no where close to morally sound and I am wrong for that. When GOAT asked me for the split of the program (50M 07) I lied and said I sold the guy 100M instead of the program. I thought about my actions and contemplated paying him right away but I made a bad decision. Upon being reluctant to pay him I was immediately hit offline and this made me even more heated. I immediately closed sythe and left my house in a rage and went to my girlfriends house. After a long time of struggling with this situation I am finally composed enough to write a detailed pardon requesting to be unbanned if goat is repaid. I know I had no right to decline paying regardless of being ddosed . So I accept full blame but please sympathize with me enough to allow forgiveness.

I've contacted Goat and will update this post once he has gotten in contact with me with the best way to reach him. Please be patient while I do this.

 

This should be noted that PanicRoom was interested in paying off his debts until he learned that he wouldn't be unbanned straight away.

Seems like a scumbag who only wanted to be unbanned straight away and didn't actually care about paying his debt.
