Runescape is going MAD slow

I've been trying to play all day but it takes literally an hour to make it to the start page, and when I get there and login, if the page loads fast enough for me to get in, it goes incredibly slow. Far too slow to pk with. Help please?

 

I would reebot you computer. That might make it faster and delete some files that you don't need. Or you can take it out on Jagex.

 

Of course I re-booted, and I ran a virus scanner but its still like I'm on an old mac.
