I am looking to buy a bronze 5 - bronze 3 account (North America) wit a decent amount of influence points to spend, only reply if you have a high amount of vouches and or a shop(site) set up.

Edit: the Influent Points are not necessary if the account has riven and the following runes
9x red ad
9x yellow armor
9x blue cooldown
1x cooldown quint
2x ad quint

(all flat no scaling)

the account is for riven one trick pony use and i do not require extra champs besides the ones i assume it alrdy has to play ranked.

the rank is fine, the only problem is the IP, unless you can confirm it has riven and her rune page: 9x ad reds, 9x armor yellows, 9x cdr blues, 1x cdr quint, and 2 ad quints. the runes are expensive is why i ask

 

It has riven, x9 ad reds, x9 yellow armor, 3 ad quints and x9 mr blues instead of cdr blues.

 

Still Buying. Just To Specify, i am looking to buy a throw away acc with little content (i.e. skins and other champs) i do not care for them as i seek this account to one trick riven and only that.
