I mean that stats you're asking for are nothing hard, or a stretch to achieve.
The attack is only 2 levels, and the strength isnt that hard to get either.
The 3gp/xp sounds like a fair deal on his part, but i'd be glad to make a settled out 20m flat payment for this, if you are happy with that.
