    Taking opinions from people.

Work out every part of your body daily, but less per body or take days to specifically work out a certain section of your body.

Ex: work out legs one day, upper body another day, then Lowerbody and repeat.

I don't really understand your question.

As a beginner, you should be doing full body 3 times a week doing everything compound movement possible (dumbbell rows, bench press, deadlift, squats, incline shoulder press, etc.)

After a few months, you should start going 5-6 times a week, hitting every body part at least twice every week.

You can do anything that feels good my man. Stick to a program at first. For my first couple months I just did whatever I want with not nearly as much success. You'll find what works for you.

I highly, highly suggest PPL. A Linear Progression Based PPL Program for Beginners • r/Fitness

The best advice I can give is, regardless of what you're doing, PUSH yourself. Too many people go to the gym and lift the same weight every day. It should be a struggle to finish sets, and your body will reward you for it.

    Gl my man

Honestly there's a weird veil covering the gym. People think there's some mystic lost recipe to getting fit. Just go to the fucking gym and lift weights with good form and remember to explode with contraction and release slowly. Don't eat like a retard. Boom, you're ripped. GJ

On the contrary, if you're skinny like I used to be, do eat like a retard.

I have hardly ever done full body programs in the past 6 years of my bodybuilding career.

If you're more overweight than thin and a beginner. I recommend doing whatever you feel most comfortable with. You need to find what works best for you and your body through experimentation.

Full body at the start seems like a good idea. This way you will get into the habit and get familiar with different workouts that you enjoy.

Also I recommend following a good diet plan. IIFY (If it fits your macros) Is the best way and only way in my mind to know Exactly if you are gaining/losing weight. This involves calculating/tracking/weighing out everything you intake.

Switching to water only helps out a lot as well, leaves more calories for you to intake through real foods and not sugars.

No matter what you go with I suggest to start jogging/running. This is the biggest recommendation I can give to anyone looking to improve their aesthetics and health.

Anyways dude, you know where to message me if you ever need any help. I've been training and doing this since I was a young teen.

At start I'd recommend a very general all-body strength training program to get accustomed to the staple-hold exercises and understanding how everything functions. From this, you will be able to understand the muscle-groups in your body and why/how each exercise uses them. You're also going to hurt a lot, but that's a good thing - Delayed onset muscle soreness - Wikipedia. After doing a general all-body workout until you have developed good form with your exercises (at the start, your focus should entirely be on form - don't worry about heavy weights,) you should change your program depending on what your goals may be. If you're after functional strength, something like Starting Strength by Mark Rippletoe, if you're after aesthetics, do something like a Push Pull Legs routine which will also give you functional strength. Just look around for these programs and read up the effect that they have on your body. If you don't understand them, that's ok. Learn to feel comfortable reading about human anatomy and muscles. It's ok not to know much at the start.

For diet, fitting your macros is important like Stream Punk said, however at the start I may recommend something easier. Firstly, only drink water. If you're drinking any soda/fizzy drinks, you're taking in about 20% of your daily calories in just a couple glasses, and that's empty calories, not to mention the sugar. The easiest step to make to better health is to cut out all soda/fizzy drinks. Next, I would eat predominantly vegetables. If you hate them, learn to love them. Find whatever works for you. Eat them raw, roast them, boil them, steam them, do whatever you can to enjoy them. Just don't deep fry them or whatever. You also need protein, and for this I'd recommend also learning to love fish. Fish are fantastic. If you hate fish, that's ok, but stick to lean chicken breast/turkey. You can eat such a ridiculous amount of vegetables and still be within your daily calorie limit. There's about 40 calories in a carrot. What's going to make you feel fuller, 10 carrots or a litre of coca-cola? (Really, I mean, this is only 250 calories - less than a can of coke.) At the start, I'd recommend to working out junk food and starches out of your diet. The hardest part will be working out bread and pasta. It's doable. Just stay with it. If you absolutely can't work bread out of your diet, switch to whole wheat (brown) bread. It's miles better for you.

I would say this depends on your weight when you begin. If you've never run before and are substantially overweight I'd suggest starting a cardio routine using a bike, stationary or otherwise, or something like an elliptical trainer. This is because running may damage your shins/ankles as they won't be able to support the impact you put on them by running when you're overweight, and you might end up doing damage to your bones and muscles in the long-term.

This in no way should encourage anyone to avoid doing cardio. In fact, if you're substantially overweight you should see that this as a warning sign that you're unhealthy (and potentially more unhealthy than you think.) Of course, this assumes you are substantially overweight and this may not be the case, but I wanted to warn anyone who is in this position. Do whatever exercise you can. If you don't have access to a bike or elliptical and you're substantially overweight, walk for an hour every day in the morning on an empty stomach (before you eat) as an alternative. That being said, if you're only somewhat overweight, running is a fantastic thing to do not only for your weight but your cardiovascular system.

If you ever wonder whether you should do cardio, look at this graph and understand it. Read this study. If you want to live longer, do cardio.

    Agree with you totally.

However, in terms of full body workout it's good after depletion few days before competition but not with compound excercises... As long you do it correctly you can load your muscles properly.. As for longer term goals i don't see it happening unless you're on gear and setting it off smartly

    Workout at the gym.

    Well as for starters i could suggest you few different types of training;

Push / Pull / legs (GVT) > keep high intensity, compound excercise per muscle 10x10 negative repetitions, increasing weights every week. - Helps to define muscle and grow lean muscle (depending on your nutrition ofc) but it will allow you to have a good muscle recovery.

Push/Pull/Push/Legs (every second week have 2 pull's instead of push)

Day 1 Push > Chest (compound overall + jointer for upper) + tricep (outter head more intensity)
Day 2 Pull > Thickness (rotation towards widh every second week) with all the essential excercises in terms of your back development + Bicep (outter head compound, + pump with drop sets)

Push > Shoulders/upper chest (just one compound excercise per shoulders then alot of negative raises) and blast upper chest (will engage alot of shoulders by itself) + tricep whole head heavy.

and legs (which can involve stiff deadlifts aswell, so abit of engangment from full body)

Well I am at work wrote it quiet quickly hope that helps...

It might be a little bit too much depending what you will priorotise, however it will allow your muscles to rest inbetween each other, so as long as you eat properly you can get some decent gains... In terms of losing fat / gaining muscle just change the intensity and add super sets / drop sets (which is much harder per push/pull) then regular programs..

But as i said it works different for everybody
