"Swagman Sam" Recovering OSRS Accounts!

2 weeks ago i traded a gmauler for a main of the person "Swagman Sam", i then got bored of the account and sold it on to @Anana Banana for £45 paypal as i wanted money to build a voider.
All risks were presented to the new seller in the original thread post and i explained that i didn't have access to the original email. Yesterday i signed onto skype/paypal/sythe to receive numerous messages and a paypal dispute from @Anana Banana stating i was the one who recovered the account when in fact it was the original owner @Swagman Sam. Me and @Anana Banana have come to an agreement and i will try and sort out his refund myself but the issue is the original owner. This cannot happen to people when they are spending their hard earned money. It has quite frankly annoyed and shocked me knowing people do this to other people. If @Anana Banana can add to this as well when he is online that would be much appreciative.

The reply i got was disgusting, he has also lied stating that i recovered the account first which is also very wrong.

@Anana Banana contacted me in the daytime around 3pm, i was currently out with my family at this time and did not know any of this happened until i got in which was late evening.

If i have missed something please let me know and i am sorry.
I have tried to do this to the best of my knowledge and understanding.

First i want to apologize for my bad english, it is not my first language.
In my opinion @Hexza mentioned everything about this case.
I bought a main account from him for 45£ via PayPal, the trade went smooth and @Hexza provided me the needed account informations after he recieved the payment on the 08.May 2017. I used to play on the account, and even had many items on it until the 22.May 2017, at that day the account got recovered.
After i realised i could not log in into the account anymore i sent @Hexza messages on Skype, and Sythe and opened a PayPal dispute soon after. @Hexza replied me on all named sites and we met on Skype. On skype i realised that this whole thing is not @Hexza fault, since he clearly told me that he is not in posession of the original email nor is he the original owner of this account. I quickly closed the PayPal dispute as we came to an agreement over skype

As you can see from the above information the person who needs to be dealt with is @Swagman Sam. I will find a way to refund @Anana Banana when i am next payed. But i want him stopped so people in the future are not at risk losing their hard earned money!

 

Actually, as you can see with your posts, you bumped your thread one day before i recovered my account, you were selling the gmauler again, to which i then recovered my account. simple as that

 

Wrong, i was selling an 85 mage pure and it was only today that i sold the gmauler to someone else after recovering it. That thread has been used numerous times for different accounts and will continue to do so. Funny out of the 100m+ in accounts i have traded in the past 2 weeks you are the only person i have apparently recovered the account from? Makes complete sense pal. I mean surely if i was the amazing scammer that recovers accounts i would have done it to everyone by now.
You are trying to hide the fact you recovered the account, the screenshots even proof i was very scared about you doing it hence me saying "i did not want to spend time on the account if you was going too".
You are disgusting and totally in the wrong here, when @Anana Banana is next on i will simply ask the times that the account was recovered and when he first contacted me. I do believe this was around 3pm in the afternoon UK time for me. I will also update this thread with the time i then recovered the gmauler through the email that was sent which was later that evening. Which will prove you was the person who indeed recovered the account first.

I wouldn't be going through this all if i had scammed you because if i had i would have already been reported and most likely banned.

The account we talk about got recovered between the 21May 8pm GMT and the 22 May 3pm GMT. After 3pm i messaged @Hexza on various ways on which he responded and we spoke about the case.

 

Exactly, i had not touched the gmauler until that night. I recovered it on the night after @Anana Banana had told me it had been recovered as obviously i am not going to allow someone to use my account when they broke the trade agreement in the first place.
Everything points towards @Swagman Sam and how he has recovered it way before the accusation of me recovering it. Every sale/trade i have ever done has been to build vouches, i have met some really good people including using middlemen from after this point.
Before i never knew they existed, i never knew of a vouch thread. I have been using @sammybarcode for all of my trades with people and have never had any problems.
Sorry for tagging you George but i am trying to explain myself in the fullest here.
The fact of the matter is whatever the final decision is, there needs to be somewhat of a better way to assure people do not do this because it really isn't fair on people like myself but more importantly people like @Anana Banana who have spent their hard earned money on accounts for no more than enjoyment.
This will be my last post until a mod sees this and makes a decision, please don't hesitate to contact me on here or Skype if anything else is needed!

 

I did say i was going to post these, the above screenshots specifically say i recovered the gmauler account first.

These screenshots are proof that i didn't and only did it after @Anana Banana had told me the account had been recovered.

1st attempt at recovery: Please notice the date/time which was on the same day (22nd of may & and the time was 22:42pm) which is late evening way after the account had already been recovered.





I failed the first attempt with the recovery as i had forgotten certain specific details but the point i am trying to make was i did it that evening after @Anana Banana had told me the account had been recovered and not beforehand.
I am very sorry for bumping this tweet with new information but i am trying everything i can to clear myself from being the target of disgusting accusations.
I hope this helps things further and i appreciate your time with this all as you must have better things you could be doing.

Are you guys fucking serious? I provide every bit of evidence and im plastered with this crap. Ive never ever done anything to harm anyone on here and because i have work and haven't been able to get on skype you plaster me with this Do Not trade crap. Have a fucking laugh venge, i have provided endless stuff and the dude has stated i scammed him? where's his fucking proof in this thread??? his defense is nowhere.

 

Why did @Hexza get a "do not trade"? i tried to get in touch with a mod to sort this out and give the needed informations, no one responded.
@Swagman Sam still has MY items on basically MY account, which i bought for 45£ and which got recovered from @Swagman Sam.


If a mod could please reply to my posts it would be apprechiated.

 

You claim you haven't done anything to harm anyone here? you sold an account that was recovered.

If @Swagman Sam doesn't refund the account then you're going to have to pay out @Anana Banana as you sold anana the account. So i DNT'd you just until this report is sorted. Maybe now you can reply to my skype messages?

I still need to get the full story sorted hence why i need both swagman and hexza to reply to me on skype. Doesn't look like swagman has any intention off adding me though. I'll update the thread once hexza decides to actually reply to me.

Banned both @Hexza and @Swagman Sam as they seem to both have no intention of repaying.

@Anana Banana i suggest you continue with the paypal chargeback.
