My Job...

Hello guys, so i wanted to talk about a job i just got hired at called Tuesday Morning Warehouse.
So i just want some opinions about the pay, so i asked around the warehouse some people worked there for a year still making $11.00Hr
Thats the same pay you start off with when you get Employed there some people even asked higher managment about the pay and they seem to get in trouble for asking.

and some older folks that work there said they seem to take advanatage of younger guys that work there.

Just seems weird how they dont pay raise like some normal jobs do every 6 months.

So really my question is should i just find another job???

It's really not about the money, it's about not being taken advantage of and slaving away for a company where you will never get a promotion. $11 an hour is a joke, unless he has no education, and no goals for his future

 

That is what im saying. if he doesnt care about being used and just wants an income a highschooler can get then he should keep it lol

 

Find another job for sure man.

 

Go speak to your employer about future job prospects and tell him what you are wanting from the company! If that fails i would look for a new job
