Explain the service: He was to get me 45-70 range for 12m. He got me to 67 range. I was recently hacked and membership on the account he was training has run out. I am unable to pay for the membership + cannonballs since I was hacked for ~150m. I explained this to Live Legend and he said he cannot refund me the percentage of the service that was not completed due to this being my fault.

Skype profile ID & conversation pictures: I can paste the chat logs of the live chat, or screenshot them from gmail, but I dont think there's anything that I've stated that live legend will disagree with and there really isnt a scam occurring. We just need to know if he is liable to refund me if the reason the service needs to be terminated from my side.

Also he says that if I post this thread and he is not liable, he will also not complete the service either????

Insight on what must be done would be appreciated, also I apologize if this is the wrong section.

 

Hey, you have paid for full service not partial and if you couldnt provide supplies/membership it is your fault because we have talked about it and you told that you will add supplies by a time. I got my term of service, so if you fail in any of that i cannot refund you.
PS. Service is almost finished, and i was waiting for supplies few times, 1st time i was waiting for 2-3 days. Another time i was waiting 1 day to get supplies. So basically its already 4 days of your membership wasted.
I said that i will not continue on the service, just because you canceled it. You cant pay for something and cancel just because you want to, i understand that something occurred and you have been "hacked". But if you have been hacked on another account its not my business at all.
Also if you would provide all supplies straight away, service would be done.

I got nothing to you tbh. But when you purchase service then you have to respect service owner ToS. As i havent done anything wrong on the account, and service was progressing and got almost finished, and would be finished a lot faster if i would have all supplies.

PS. You have bought it from our website, and theres nothing about sythe rules on our website. You accept our terms.

 

I have chat logs telling me to leave only 10-20k cannonballs (when this service required 50k) at a time on the account. Im not always going to be able to provide new supplies at that exact instance every single time you run out as I'm very busy irl and i wont always be at my computer. I asked you how many do you need:



I understand its not your fault that I got hacked, but the service cannot be completed, and I believe its fair to provide the refund for the percentage that isn't complete. Also how can you say me asking to cancel the service results in the service being terminated.....

 

Bump, i do not know why he is banned, but he has terminated the service because I posted this thread and will not refund. Will he have to refund if he wants to be unbanned?

This report is a good lesson in "buyer beware". The seller made his ToS clear on his website and they are not in conflict with the rules we have on this site. This goes for anyone, if you go to a website, be sure to read their terms of service and if you don't like any part of it, then go somewhere else
