Looking to buy an account

I am currently looking to buy a good main. I am interested in buying an account with a good total lvl, i really aint concerned about the combat lvl, but i wuold prefer the mage and range to be 60+.

Requirements
-Must have no recoveries
-Must have no bank pin
-Must not be a member
-Prefer 60+ mage and range
-Good total lvl, looking for a around 1200, maybe a little higher or lower, nothing under 1000 total level
-Don't care about combat level but i prefer it to be 70-85.
-Want good skill levels.

i got an account with 1418 total no recoverys or pin. it isnt a member but it was, is that ok?

mine ownz, it lvl 97 88 range 70 mage 1413+ total although it had recovs, poor me i hate the account im bored of it

I am not looking for high 90 accounts, im lookiing for an account 70-85 with good skill levels but wiht mage and range 60-65
