Is 91 RuneCrafting worth it?

Title says all.

 

Double Astrals is about same gp/h so you can quite easily just get 82 and make 1m/h crafting Astrals

 

Depends if you look at your opportunity costs.. You could be making multiple accounts doing some other money making method thats a little less but averages it out to be really well on a lot of accounts together. Only really worth getting 91 rc if its for your main and you plan on getting a skill to 99 while profitting.

 

Is Nats at 91 around 1m/hr?

 

In terms of moneymaking no. Zulrah is more money/hr, less time to train for and learn, and much less monotonous.

 

I don't think so if you're trying to money make.

 

If you want RSI sure.

Yeah, it's definitely not worth it if you're only getting the level to use as a moneymaking method.

I think right now it's around 1.3-1.4m/hr at max efficiency.

 

Rt. Zulrah>2x nats.

 

RC is only worth it if you want to train the skill, there are other better methods for $ like Zulrah which people have suggested above.

If you're purely looking to make money then Zulrah/Brutal blacks/Karamja store are your best bet - RC is no longer classed as a moneymaker because of such methods - You actually lose GP doing it these days.

 

Really not sure if it's worth it anymore. I got 99 near release and it was so worth it, like 600M made back when GP was like 2-3 dollars per mil.

Now Nature Runes are abysmally low and GP doesn't have the same purchasing / selling power it once did. Not so sure it's worth tbh. Unless you're wanting to max one day, then yes, absolutely worth it because you'll fund most if not all of your buyables.

 

whats your current runecrafting level? if your far off then i wouldnt recommend it if your doing it purely for money only. But its still good money IMO. Thought about making a runecrafting alt multiple times to just use while i train other accounts.

Well laws would be trash, they're even less than Nature runes.

Death Runes probably 2m/hr.

@veng Not a terrible idea, the one real downside of a Runecrafting alt, which is essentially what I use my 99 account for, is that it's of course so click intensive that whatever you're doing on the other account(s) have to be pretty afk. It's really not possible to do anything intensive while Runecrafting because it requires constant attention.

 

I'd reccomend Zulrah instead if you're looking to make money.

 

Honestly with the nerf of zulrah that just happened, I for-see an influx of people getting higher runecrafting, double deaths are like 1.6m or something an hour? nats are like 1m an hour, so yeah, 100% worth.

Yeah it's a lot of time spent, but from then on it's going to be reliable money that you know will most likely not get ruined and or nerfed
