Logo Battle - sUffer vs. TDD

The topic was to create a logo for a web design company "N-Venture" so i thought we could make some fun of it

chose who's you like best, and post WHY!

Oh, and the poll choices aren't telling you who's is who for a reason, NO POPULARITY VOTES!

 

Hard to choose for me.
I liked the first one for the design,
The 2nd because it was reasonably small and.. had a nice looking logo.

 

The first one; very simple, yet well composed. Everything, from the use of color and gradient to the composition makes sense.

The second is creative, but too overwhelming for a logo.

 

The first one, it's more colorful. And attracts attention to it. Second one is good too. but it is just bit too black, which makes the first one better.

 

well, it obviuously depends on one fact, which one is TDD's, whichever one that is i choose it <3

 

First one for me, it had better design idea to it, the way the mountain top was put on it was nicely done, the second one is just yellow =p

 

I almost chose the second. Almost.

The random color change in the 'n' section of the logo at the diagonal ruins the whole project. Were it better aligned along the diagonal in the 'n' portion, and lacked this color randomization, I'd say it would have a fighting chance.

 

Agrees with SMI, that and when I took a second longer to look at it and I realized it was just an "N" and 2 leaf shapes. :/

Top one... it has a catcher phrase

 

First, I like the colors, much more Flow IMO, the second one is too much for a logo, get what i mean? And is that leaf thing on the second supposed to be a shoe? You know, like the track and Cross Country symbols.

And is it just me, or are the mountains on the first one moving up and down?

 

it's a png, it can't be animated lol, it's obviously your eyes

 

Oh, gah, sleepyness :/ haha. are you going to post whom made which when the poll is over? although i have a good feeling i know who made what

 

First one, stands out more, easier to read, the second one seems flat to me. Good jon both of you though.

 

Well, yes, the top one is my design, bottom is sUffers, thanks guys for voting.

 

The first one gets WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to dark towards the bottom. ..in fact its black -.- Makes me angry rarw.

But it is still stylish, and has a good slogan. I vote the first one..

The second one is too bulky..

 

I chose the first one for a few reasons:
-Simple
-Stands out
-Easyness to read

The second one i liked but not for a banner, it contained very little contrast and it was way to small.

 

First one is better overall but i like the second ones logo thingy, but id still have to chose the first.

 

the first one manly becasue t is biger and catches your eye unlike the second one as it is way to small.

 

I picked the first one because it is more of a bold type logo. It sticks out a whole lot more than the second.
