RS email?

Hello everyone, so I logged on 07 and I found out that my email (rs account) needs to be verified which I don't have the phone number anymore. I tried sending them my previous passwords etc and no solution. What should I do? All I need is, try to verify the email so I can change the phone number etc.

 

Could you please clarify? You contacted Jagex or Outlook? Do you have access to the email?

 

I contacted outlook I have nothing to do with Jagex, and yeah I have the access of email but it doesn't let me access further because they're asking me for the verification which isn't possible since I don't have the access of the phone number used into my email. Do you get it now? If not, I'll show pictures

 

Yeah that makes sense. Umm your best bet is to contact Jagex and explain the issue to them so they could remove the email that is currently linked to it.

damn.

 

They post that shit so people don't waste their time. Just ring them up and be like I lost my phone to my email and shit and there is literally nothing I can do. They usually send a verification email to the old one and if there isn't a response within 2-3 weeks they just reset the email on the account.

I suggest you post this on reddit rather than a rwt website, jagex staff will contact you asap. I recovered an account through reddit successfully
