I tried this just to be sure, I added all the levels together on a calculator, and it came out to be 107, not 108. =\ Dunno if I added wrong, or what.. You guys might want to check this out yourselves.

^First of all, If you look closely at the picture, it doesn't say that there aren't any recoveries set. It's just advising you to set recovery question if you haven't already done so.
Second of all, I'm sure he knows the recoveries that were set in 2002. So, even if the account does exist, most likely he is going to recover it.^
(Btw, sorry for the double post, just trying to help people avoid a scam.)

To everyone saying that it looks weird around the name --- Once i thought that when someone was selling the name "Dollar". I was suspicios and logged on my own account - I realised it was slightly pixelated around the name.

The best way would be an ingame verification but otherwise it looks fine.

 

Not fake. I checked it out in paint. Prt Scrn. paste. Outline The name. Enlarge. Its not fake. unless he did that to make it authentic. but otherwise its not fake.
