Guess what's comming up? CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS!

During these lovely times I enjoy sitting next to a toasty fireplace with friends at my sides, and a mug of ______ in my hand, getting drunk.

This Christmas, I'm hoping, will be a good one. During that amazing 2 weeks of school off, I'm looking forward to having many many drinks. Since it's the holiday season, and I'm all about cultured drinking (I'm not some beer loving college kid) I need drinks that reflect the christmas spirit.

This is where I need some of you help: I need some comfort xmas drinks to enjoy during my holiday break. Got any in mind?

I'm hoping at least one person will post a warm/hot alcoholic drink.

Wine, or hot cider. Just those two are epic enough.

DAMN. That is PERFECT! Alright it doesnt really say how to make it. A bottle of apple vodka and a bottle of Goldschlagger. So expensive x.x

HOT CIDER. Good call. Champaigne for new years. I'm not a wine person, but hot cider is a good idea. Thanks shredder.

    Lol @ wine coolers.

It's alright when done right. I just hate when you get the crappy like warm eggnog that's not made right. Then you get semlonella. And die.

You should try and make up your own drinks with your friends. Who knows you could come up with something that could taste really good =).

Take like cider mix it with grey goose (no clue if that would taste good lol) Jack always mixes well with things.

    99 apples is good.

Why don't cha make red and green jello shots?

Lol at red and green jello shots. And umm you could go with something simple like baileys and your favorite coffee or with something sweet like this thing http://drinkoftheweek.com/hotdrinks.html If that is out of your price range there's always teh Boons Farm and Straight up Aristocrat! Lol

How about hot chocolate with marshmellows?

I think it's amazing if done right. Last saturday it was extremely cold so me and my friends went to Manhatten and went to this cafe which was based entirely on chocolate. My drink was warm a hot chocolate/cocoa liquid with marshmellows. It was so amazingly good. I wish I could have a big cup of it and just curl up near the fireplace =)

I still don't like eggnog, but it is a very popular drink, I don't know what you could mix with it.
