    Proof: He was given nomnoms address to send to because i was going to be buying 07 off him for the btc after Bitcoin Address 1AQPsm3H2GcKN4Yj5vBZXQCmvqT51sqZPJ and no btc is being shown for the last 10mins

    assuming hes jsut scamming..btc would show on blockchain instantly if he had of sent it

    It may take up to 24 hours before bitcoin arrives if it's sent through Blockchain probably others services aswell, depends on the fee the sender pays, how more the fee how faster the bitcoin will arrive to the seller's account. Blockchain's default is very low.
