Computer techs [need help]

I'd say on the regular rs client you might be able to but on osbuddy hell no.

 

This is all I can really show you and what I'm basing mine basing my words off,
Osbuddy > Runeloader (low cpu mode) > Rsclinet

All I'm saying is you should be able to run the normal client without issue's as @Buyacc has stated I wouldn't say you have 50fps on a another client.

Now as my teacher's in computer tell me your pc is only as strong as the weak's part, based off this I would say you need to upgrade everything but the graphic card and the sound card you might get away with power source as well , also the memory.

So what you should be looking into is the follow:
Central processing unit (CPU)
MotherBorad ,
Ram,
Network adaptor (if you internet card bad there no point in having good internet)
graphic card (if you wanted osbuddy OpenGL)

I feel as if there part I'm forgetting but anyhow.

 

I'm also assuming it's an old pc, so some of the parts may have taken damage due to use over the years, so also just pointing that out.

 

Well What I'm saying is you need to change most of the pc as it's from 2007
