    NEED HELP WITH RUNESCAPE STATS

Ok so I have a question that might be a bit hard to explain

Alright so basically I'm trying to make a rare/different pure pk build for osrs because my other account was banned for RWT.

So, what i'm trying to figure out is if there is a way to determine or calculate how much HP/what level
It will be if i train a certain skill from a certain level to a desired number.
For example, say I wanted to get to 70 strength from 45 strength but I'm not using any quests al all, only hands on combat training(killing monsters) Is there a way to calculate what my HP level will be if i train my strength from 45 to 70? Sorry guys I know this is a bit confusing it was hard to explain but I hope you understand, if someone could please either give me a formula/way to determine it, or link me to some sort of calculator that calculate it for me. (please don't link me to a regular osrs combat calculator, that will not help me nor answer my question)

Thank you so much if you took your time to try to understand what i'm asking and help me out! :)

Not exactly. But 45 - 70 is about 676k experience. You can gain 1.33 Hitpoints experience per point of damage dealt and for strength it is 4x; x being the damage points dealt. Just make a formula with that, find the HP xp gained, then add it to your current xp and find that amount of total xp here: Experience/Table
