Ban Prevention question: IP linking and trading

I have a few accounts that deal in rulebreaking, some new accounts, some old

I'm going to be setting up SOCKS proxies soon in hopes of not getting chain banned, but all my accounts have been logging into similar IPs (static home IP and work IPs)

I've also traded a huge amount between them. A lot of money (100M at a time), a lot of back and forth, and for a long time. (Haven't done so for maybe a month though)

Too far gone maybe? I'm still going to set up proxies, but I'm wondering if I should be wary of bans or not.

Not worth setting up proxies in your particular situation in my opinion.
Since they have already been on on the same/similar IP before, Jagex already knows they are linked.

It's best to use proxies to account registration until account ban.

To be safe, I recommend you make new mules, and use proxies on them from the start.
Then they won't be linked, and won't be susceptible to a chain ban.

If anyone is interested, links to a guide on how to use Runescape proxies, and Runescape proxy providers in my signature!

They're odds staking accounts, and obviously the end goal is to sell profits and that's the risk...

I assume Jagex chain-bans for RWT as well? But

    1) I'm not a high stakes Xer, I like to keep it reasonable and so my profits are marginal. 100M/account/week?

    2) I've only sold through staking and seen no issues with that

But yes, I guess you're right with knowledge of them being linked. If an account gets caught, they'll look into links, then see the other accounts as well. :(

Yeah jagex is known for bringing down the hammer hard on RWT. They won't chain ban botting but they will for rwt.

Dont use proxies on the accounts you used earlier to trade. Jagex can still link the old ip's to each other easily. It would just be strange if all of them suddenly have other ip's. Trading between different accounts on the same IP isnt seen as RWT btw, just a transfer of wealth.

Create (while using proxies in ur browser) or buy a few new accounts and start proxifying the normal rs client so you are not using any 3d party clients. Every account should have its own proxy ip assigned (dont ever mix them up). You can use these accounts to mule/sell/wash the funds.

Try stake trading (with other account putting up osrs too) or junk trading (use items with high GE value, but actually have a very low market price).
