    You can seriously get 9hp in RS, it's left by rsc. You start with 1k hp exp in rsc, which is lvl 9 in rs2. and my account left to rs2, but my exp didn't change. So i have 9hp. It is not scamming, use MM and check it. These accounts are very rare now, not much left.
