*Master List* Pokemon Go Major City discord trackers

I'm going to gather a list of discords which have trackers for the major cities of the great united states of MURICA.

Now you may be asking yourself, what the fuck is this guy talking about using discord to track pokemon. People set up PTC accounts around the city to track pokemon, the accounts will feed IV, Movesets, and location to the discord with GPS coordinates including spawned time/ and time until despawn. Thus making it easier to get those 100% larvitars, dratinis, snorlaxs, magikarps or whatever your hunting!
