    Well, I think it's because Vista, as i've heard, isn't as compatable with many of the programs that it was compatable with the Xp.

    but that's my opinion.

    Windows 97? Isnt that just windows 98? I get confused on this. If there was a 97 then im in for a shocker :Z.

    Yea, there was a 97, it was really shitty though. Sometimes I laugh at those Mac and Pc commercials, when they say something like "well, the fun things I have is..... is calculater?"


    It would start up with the Command Promt, and you would have to type start, or Games.

    It was just a big black screen, and it was very 'primitive' compared to the things we have today.

    There is no way Microsoft COULD do that. Not would, could.

    Anyone that thinks XP is better than Vista:
    A) Is stupid
    B) Hasn't used Vista for more than 10 minutes
    C) Made up their mind about Vista when their obscure hardware didn't install itself when Vista had been released days before.

    Anyone that voted Linux:
    A) Is a hippie
    B) Is poor
    C) Is stupid

    No. There was no windows 97. There was, however, an Office 97. You seem to be talking about MS-DOS, though.

    Id say Windows Vista.

    Its the newest release of Microsoft and has got more advanced features than XP.

    The only thing is Vista is not compatible to alot of Progs wich XP is.

    Still, this is just a matter of time and will change.
