Dragon vs DH at NMZ?

Hey everyone, recently started doing NMZ n stuff and I really like it. I started using DH and its even better than I imagined! But I have a question. Are the repair costs on DH even worth it in the long run, especially if I plan to start botting these accounts? Or am I fine with just dragon chain + ss? If someone could tell me the difference in xp and other things, it would be much appreciated.

Look below for a calculator which you can use, and keep the following things in mind.

A [fixed dh set-broken]~ 160-330k

-You'll get (your hp is probably not very high) ~5-20k xp more per hour realistically, and are paying .25 gp/xp extra (@80K melee xp/hour, you'll prolly get more), however nmz points if can offset this cost somewhat.

-Also considering time saved (hours over the long run) spending an extra ~20k per hour is less than what you could make in the hours saved (definitely worth it). So by using dh every 5 hours or so, the 1 hour saved means you are profiting (how much money you earn/hour). Definitely worth it.
-consider also, how much you want to be afk. Being in dh means you need to be low hp all the time. going afk means worse xp rates.

I'd recommend entering your stats, pots, gear, etc. to find out for your account specifically. Rates change based on stats, and while assumptions can be made, it's simply best to just spend 5 minutes calculating it.

The poster above really went into detail about the numbers which pretty much covers everything. The thing I would adress is if you care about how long it takes to max the accounts considering your botting them? If you don't care at all then you would obviously go without the DH. However if you want to be efficient then you would use DH.

 

Well I do care in the sense that I don't want to bot it for more than a month or two. Would dragon get it within that timeframe botting say, 12-18 hours a day?

Yeah then work out how much xp/h you will get X however many hours you do a day then see how long it will take to max(with dragon) then compare to DH and you can go from there.

 

Dharok deals more damage, which increases XP/hr

 

Use aby dagger it has higher dps and is better then ss

 

What do I put in shield slot then? I'm not too familiar with shield stuff

 

I would use defender/obby cheap chearful

Wish I could bot my account to max but I don't have the programs on my mac to run windows + Bots

I was under the impression that DH was leagues ahead of everything else.

A full copy of Windows which is like 100-200$ or something. To be able to run Bootcamp.

Not very tech savvy, I've tried using other things like wine and none if it has helped. So I'm SOL
