I have had some help from @video for actually replying to me via private message, but this is ridiculous. I made a recovery post for my main Sythe account and its been 6 days and it hasn't been approved to be viewed by people? Then, on top of all that, I have messaged TMOE, Sythe, Azie and Shin. Video replied and Shin replied. I do thank them for taking time out of there day to reply but i have yet to be helped... Been a member since 2009 and I have never had such a problem.. Am i missing something or posting wrong? PLEASE HELP!

 

You have to be patient there are other people who have recovery requests as well and for security purposes and to ensure that accounts are only given to their rightful owners it is not a quick process

 

I looked through my PM's and I cannot find any PM from you. Sorry for the delay in recovery and staff will handle it as soon as possible.

For future reference (this goes for everyone) if you PM me on Sythe and don't get a response, just bump it. I get a ton of PM's and they at times slip my mind.
