repeating motion sig

does anyone know how to make a sig that is made up of multiple pictures to make it look like it is moving? my friend wants me to make him one of those from a video he sent me. a how-to video would be deserve a vouch if it is good. thanks

Unfreeze is a decent program,
U enter al the .jpg files and it makes a .GIF out of them

just do it yourself, then do it in like windows movie maker or sum shit?
