The sellers information will provide you with their feedback. The higher the number, the better. But honestly, I wouldn't worry too much about that. The buy it now auctions are usually the ones that will run you a bit more, but if you get in a bidding war for one, you might be able to snipe one for cheap. That's how I got one for 1.25. Set my max bid as $3 and nobody ended up bidding past my 1.25.
