How I MM:

PIN Trades-
heres how it will go. User #1 gives me the money and the RSN and pass to the account the PIN should be on. User #2 gives me the PIN number. I will put the PIN on User #1's account, and assuming it works, I will give the cash to User #2.

Account Trades-
User #1 gives me the RSN and pass to the account. User #2 gives me the money. I will verify that the account has no BANK PIN, membership, or most important, recovery questions. I will change the pass of the account and give it to User #2. Cash goes to User #1. I will ask for previous passwords, and any other details that could be given.

*NOTE: If there is a Bank PIN present, and both users agree to complete the trade, User #1 will tell me the PIN, and assuming it works, I will inform User #2. The same goes for membership and recovers. As long as both members agree to it, then the trade shall go on. I will need the previous membership info and recovery questoin answers though, and for recovers i will attempt to force-unset them.
