Rent A Staker Ban Appeal

Hi,

I created a Sythe account last week, spent around $800 on products conducting fair business with others to setup my own business.

We had around 30 different customers (promoted mostly on other sites) until one of my staff members had to deal with a customer who literally went out of his way to get us banned ANY WAY he could. He conveniently had the exact same business as us on Sythe yet wanted our services?. Not only did he break our terms of service by logging in and out and sitting on a F2P world which is why I changed the details immediately due to suspicious activity. He then had the cheek to claim we tried to steal 1M from him. Because he was logged out he began abusing my staff member by shouting 'scammer' - I immediately tried to rectify this problem by offering the new details (we did not login to the account at all) he refused and called us 'scammers' threatening to report us on Sythe - funnily enough he was using our account for free as we occasionally offer new customers free time. I said we are sorry for the misunderstanding but he had broke out ToS and offered to give him the gold left on our account. The amount was 1M gold

Can a mod or admin unban our user account? I would happily provide proof of our business being legitimate and that this is a GENUINE attempt of someone else trying to sabotage our business.

Makes no sense why you would try to cover up your thread by deleting/editing its content. Denied as you have provided no proof.
