Here a Vector of Christina Milian I made. I got lazy when doing the hair and rushed it.

Oh yeah, i like a women with one nostril,and no teeth... thats always a turn on..

 

it doesn't look much like her..its ok 6/10

 

I like what you done, with the eye. But I don't like the mouth nor nose

 

It's rushed.

I see you spent quite a long time on the hair, but that isn't really nesecery. The face REALLY needs some shading, it looks flat atm.

The nose looks flat, and doesn't really look real. The mouth looks choppy, and that is also lacking shading.

The black eyebrows are wrong, as eye brows are normally a similar colour to the hair, and those plain black eye brows are way off.

All your curves look choppy, but smooth curves come with practise.

I don't think anyone has plain black irises either.

Overall spend more time, and keep practising, eventually you will pick up the technique.

Gotta love that missing front right tooth. Other than the shading mentioned, I'd give it a 8/10. Wayyyyy better than I could EVER do.
