I'm in the market for a maxed main on OSRS.

Criteria to be met:

- Account mustn't have any strikes or black marks. (e.g. scamming/botting/cheating)
- Account seller must be the original owner.
- Account seller must be trusted and have vouches, donator, long time Sythe member.
- Account must have max cape, everything else is a bonus.

- I do not want to offer prices, I would like the amount that seller is 100% satisfied with, 0 negotiation.
- Full ownership of the email address made to create the account.
- I require personal information from the original owner, including photographic ID, and proof of address.
- I would prefer to meet with the original owner at their earliest convenience.
(I will try to recover the account with this information as a means of proof that the information provided is accurate)

I am completely aware the buyer can recover the account via the IP address of account creation. I have been scammed before and would like to avoid this from repeating at all possible costs.

I would prefer if a middleman or someone could vouch for the seller also, just to ensure as much safety as possible.

Budget isn't the issue, its the trust between the original owner and myself I'm mainly worried about.
