    I like you r2 and I hope I'm wrong. . .BUT

    What these other people are saying about suing them and getting better business burro on E-gold isn't going to work

    My reason to think this;

    1 - You agreed to E-gold's terms.
    2 - You made the cash illegally.
    3 - You agreed to runescape's rules when you made your account(s).
    4 - You broke runescapes rules by selling the pixels in the first place.
    5 - The court costs and lawyer fee's will cost more then the 800 bucks.(unless you win)

    6 - The only thing the defendant would have to say is. One he agreed to our terms, two he agreed and broke runescapes terms to make cash he is suing for.

    BUT BEST OF LUCK ANYWAY

    First of all, Runescape terms really have no effect in a court room. Just because you put a rule in a game doesn't mean it has actual legal relevance. I could put in my Terms of Service that you owe me your first born child, but it's not gonna hold up in court.

    Secondly, selling RS gold is far from "illegal". Jagex could make the argument that I am selling their property, but in reality all I am providing is an electronic service. I am simply accumulating gold for those who do not have the time to do so. I never claimed ownership of the gold, it even says so in my disclaimer.

    Nonetheless, I couldn't be bothered bringing it to court. I don't even know where to start, and I'm not in the mood to waste anymore $ on it. I still use eGold but I am cautious not to leave more than 500.00 in my balance.

    I agree with rs2, its not sueable, they can take it to court, but its not really a liable cause for sueing lol

    Technically any privately owned business has the right to deny business to any one individual or party as long as it's not religiously, sexually, or ethnically based. However, they have NO right at all to deny your personal money even if you made it in the child sex slave trade. I'd report this incident and make sure those jerks get shut down for good.
