He is a good no armor staker , he hits 20-22s with burst most of the time.
Just drink a mind bomb to get the 1 lvl for burst.

He is a decent Pker , i am not very good with him , but i get a lot of kills with the prayer lvl , i just far cast them then run in with protect prayer and 2 hit spec dds for usually 19s with reg potions.

Asking only 2m for him or a bit less .
