How To Setup No-Ip

Purpose: To Show People How To Use No-IP

Difficulty: 2-10

Assumed Knowledge:Copy & Paste

Server Base: All

Classes Modified:No-IP Hosting

Procedure
Step 1:Go to http://www.no-ip.com

Step 2:Then Click "Sign Up Now"

Step 3:Once you have created your account log in.

Step 4:Now click "Add", type in your hostname e.g (oliscape) in the Hostname box.

Step 5:Below where you just typed your hostname where it says "no-ip.biz" click on it and look for "no-ip.org" and click on that.

Step 6:Look where it says "IP Address" and type in your IP address you can find that by going onto http://whatsmyip.org/ its right at the top of the page, now put that into the IP box and click create host.

Step 7:Click the "Downloads" tab at the top of the page then click the box the suits your Operating System download and run.

Step 8:Once you have opened it you should see you server name and a smile face next to it, make sure the box is ticked now your server.

You do know that dosent alwayz work on some people's comps .. you dint even show them how to port forward?... all u done was took a screenie of a home page.. and said some infomation that can be found on the site..
