I'd say towards $200 as there's the fire cape and it has 94 magic for veng already, someone could easily quest to barrows gloves, 45 def and 60 attack if they wanted to

 

Lunar Diplomacy is pretty much necessary for a 42 defense pure, so if you don't have that I'd recommend you complete it in order to increase the value of your account

 

If you complete lunars and barrows gloves this is a very desired account especially with the fire cape. Competing the account will make it a lot more desirable. Its probably worth 200-300 as is with your current standing and 400+ if it was complete and you had a respected and trusted standing.
