Creating my own RS Map

Sounds good, but 53 megs is huge :O, oh well i hope its good and i'll probably use it if you release

 

well, its gonna take me forever to resize all the icons to our system, and not the metric system. I was looking for maybe people that have some photoshop skills to see what they could throw together from that blank icon. I listed some of the stuff. After i get custom fonts over the main words and all the icons sorted, im gonna make mouse overs and clickie dungeons. so its gonna be fun but all i ask guys, if your good at photoshop, maybe try and throw something good together. if i dont get help this project will take me several months.

 

I finished the magic carpet icon today, btw, if anyone wants the massive photoshop unedited copy of the RS map, they're welcome to it. I know its like 53 meg, but hey i know some people have been working on blank maps, this is dang near perfect. if its off, its off by half of pixels as far as i know, i looked over it many times. Once you turn it into png or jpg or bmp, it shrinks signifigantly. so that person that was working on a blank map, you should work from mine imo, its best quality available in its form, next to jagex's applet.

Once your finished, I'll host it for you if you like.

 

If you're going to upload it you should break it apart into something like an array like rsMap[1,1] rsMap[1,2] etc. to help with loading.
