Why is murder wrong?

Thats good enough for me, in my opinion. Also, its not morally right either. Murder is usually the result of anger. And in that light, taking your anger out by taking someones life is just wrong, obviously. Especially if the victim had family or friends.

Sorry for bringing it up, but it all depends if you are religious or not.

Your life is way more valuable then any material possessions because without life you cannot own any material possessions. Therefore murder is wrong in the sense that your taking somebody's life.

well to get things out there right now, i could care less if someone is seriously injured or dies, as long as i am not close to them.

its wrong in cases where people did nothing to anyone, but yet you killed them. you took their life which sucks and made everyone close to them sad and depressed.

i think if you kill someone you deserve to be killed in the same manner though, so in some cases it is right.
