Websites will start buyign for less but usually dont drop the sale price unless they see others doing it. It's called a bubble and investors use these bubbles to profit all the time. Ive personally used them to swap gold back and forth and take advantage. Whenever rs3 or 07 take a dive it usually takes the community and swap fc's time to catch up. Its ridiclious that they banned it. They dont do wat the community wants when its about things like this.

 

They banned it because they think that people will get scammed. Literally you'd get scammed more trying to actually stake in the duel arena than having an FC stake for you.
