Ban appeals are gucking fay!

So anyone that knows anything about ban appeals knows that
when you say that customer support made a mistake, they shouldn't send
back a reply saying that "We have conclusive evidence that you were in control of the account at the time of the offense and for this reason this offense will remain on your account" because thats the reply for "someone else was in control of my account".
Some of those black marks should of easily been accepted too! Like with one, I told someone in a clan chat that to make a bunch of money, they should send me there user name and pass, then I put "jk" after it. And they denied that with the exact same response! I'm perm muted as of now.. If that made any sense to you, then explain to me what I should do to clear this up please. I already sent in a bug report a few weeks ago and they sent back a reply telling me to check out the knowledge base >_> no help there!



I already made a post in the "everything to do with ban appeals" thread.. days ago and no response. So I'm making this, thank you.

ban appeals are gay, listen to this about 2 weeks ago i was hacked and lost 10k alchs, ranger set, fury, zerker ring and sara cape. I was perm banned for hijacking an account. basically the hacker multi logged and traded the stuff to his account (appearently the account i hijacked). So basically i got banned for getting hacked. Fucking Jagex

omg, wow, you people are just dumb, Please don't reply unless you actually know what I said.
I'll explain it again.. more slowly. When your appealing a ban, jagex gives you three options to choose from as to why your appealing. I chose the middle option(and you can see that in the video) which is "I think customer support have made a mistake".
I sent in the appeal, and they sent back this "We have conclusive evidence that you were in control of the account at the time of the offence and for this reason this offence will remain on your account."

Now that reply is for when you send in the option "someone else was in control of my account at the time the offence".

That means, I chose option "B" and they sent back a automated reply instantly for option "C". See where they messed up?
Now if they hadn't messed up, I'm certain I could of gotten all those appeals accepted. This is a glitch with the appealing system.. thats why I posted it.

 

try using www.hidemyass.com, and sending them messages saying your account has been hacked, and the hacker got you banned, and appealed your offense and it declined, just ask them to restore your last chance appeal
and then say - someone else had access to my account, if you know you'd be able to recover it... they should unban you aswell as giving your last chance appeal back though. i got successful in an appeal agaisnt password scamming, i just choose "i would like to apologize" and i said, my account was hacked, and im extremely sorry anyways, and told them how *helpful* i am in runescape

 

i was going to use a proxy and say my account was hacked but too late, already used last chance appeal...

wish i can pay them mills to get my account back lol
